I am really happy with its use. Do you know why..?? yes I will share I purchased this device and I installed multiple systems and established my complete network on single internet connection. Speed it providing during use is very fine and what I have done is just adjusted IP of all my users manually. If you want a great network then you must buy it. its cost is very low as compared to other devices available. My friend also installed this for their office. (Posted on 2/10/12)

Same here. Verizon customer also. Absolutely disgusted with the Actiontec Modem+Router we got from Verizon. Loses its settings all the time and the wireless connection was never stable. Also, my Xboxes stopped working on them all of a sudden after a tech support rep reset the router settings. No one could set it back up after that.

So far no problems with this modem router. Verizon doesn't support it but it gets the job done. My Xboxes work with it and setting them up was easy. No dropped connections or problems with the wireless.

A Verizon rep who knew a lot once informed me that some of the Actiontecs are just refurbished, so I just had to try something else. We would otherwise always have problems like we were experiencing. (Posted on 5/31/11)

Hi! I used to have an Actiontec 704WG modem from Verizon, our provider. After a couple of months of good service from Verizon, the modem started acting up. A couple of calls to tech support didn't do me any good. Several tech visits were made but all in vain. I was about to switch providers when a friend suggested that I replace the Verizon modem with this Tenda he had been trying out. I ordered it from bigbox a couple of days later and I tried it out when it arrived! Oh my was it a lifesaver! I love Verizon, but their customer service isn't very good sometimes. If I have to say anything about it, Tenda saved me as a Verizon customer. (Posted on 3/25/11)
