This has such a massive memory I’m sure I can record lots of videos before it runs out. In terms of the output, the videos have clear images, not the sharpest but its fine and in terms of the audio, its clear and crisp, not a noise isolating one thought but still great for its price. I bought this spy pen for marketing purposes. I planned on spying on a competing company's prices but ofcourse I cant just list everything down. I walked around the whole store and no one noticed the pen. I got great videos and now I know I have the lowest prices in our county. (Posted on 6/12/11)

I see that my review was never posted about my complaint against this company. so what I'm guessing is these reviews are not actually from true customers and that's false advertising. I will be reporting this company not only because I ordered my item over a MONTH ago! But because of the fraudulent advertisng of telling customers thier item will be arriving within 7-21 days. I WILL BE A VOICE THAT WILL BE HEARD.

Better than expected resolution, even when used indoors, but in an office environment lighting.

The pen is abit thick though and when initially plugged into my Vista PC USB port, it failed to be regconised. I unplugged it, move it to an XP PC and all was ok, but it refused to charge. Used a paper clip to reset the camera and it started charging. I then unplugged it and move it back to the Vista PC and all was ok too.

Taking videos is pretty easy and the sound recording is pretty good too. I would recommend this product but I found out after I bought it here that it was almost half the price at a regular site I visited. Its a shame. (Posted on 12/15/08)
