I bought the starter kit and after less than a day, I bought this refil kit. I ordered medium level menthol flavor and I can say that after almost 20 years of a pack a day, this product WILL help me quit. Only drawback is I ordered the starter pack in black and the refil carterages only come in brown. Only cosmetic, but I would still prefer the option.

Took about 4-5 weeks to receive my cigs and I'm hoping the refills will take a little less. The product is great - smokes just like a real cigarette - I like how the end lights up and you blow smoke. Taste is different but I'm sure I'll get use to that because we all know how bad that cigarette taste was when we took the first puff! (Posted on 2/14/11)

Good experience. Takes a while to receive. When ordering, remember to include in your order some extra cartridges or invest in the nicotine liquid. The cartridges didn't last as long as I expected.
